yer monitors an lcd isnt it?,.. if so then no your assed out on the refresh rate scene to put it bluntly,..lol when using anti aliasing,.. in nvidia drivers theres gamma correct anti aliasing,and transperency anti aliasing. in performance and quality/advanced view settings. enable gamma correct...

no,..not really,..lol,..myself, i ditched my lcd widescreen and have recently returned to my 19" crt if your happy with the size then cool,.1280x1024 is a decent res for just about any game now and for games to come.you can always add higher quality with system headroom,.dropping a res below...

7900GT stuttering / freezing issues low fps

if you were running a radeon card before,.. when you installed the new card did you uninstal the driver,.. AND then boot into safe mode and run driver cleaner to rid windows of leftover catalyst junk? (same from geforce to radeon,.leftover geforce junk :P that interferes with...

SLI problems

whats your power supply?,can you give the specs for it? ampage per rail,wattage etc,. i gather your saying you use 2 molex to pci-e adaptors because your power supply isnt atx 2.03 with 2xpci-e connectors right? and have you flashed to the newest eVGA nForce4 SLi motherboard's bios yet like...

yeah like others have said,... theres not really a wrong choice if your buying the best of either one if yer planning on getting into the fps genre,..one may be faster than the other in one game,. but the next game would be the opposite like nvidia would excel in doom3,quake4,serious...

WHAT IS BETTER ATI OR Sapphire X1900XT

thats a pretty good deal for a radeon with a lifetime,but are you gonna have this card for more than 2 years anyway? ive always liked H.I.S. Hightech radeons personally,but im sure any of them would suit:)
