Well that is too bad :(. I will read the thread you linked to now. You got the impression these drivers would fix the issue from the response above, however they never expressly said it would fix the 1T issue... Can we maybe expect a fix with 1.007 final? I am still praying. BTW - while I am at...

ThomasE66 - please post your results. I am dying to try this out, but I dont have the time right now - will have to wait for the weekend. These 4400 modlues are just dying to be put to work with a higher FSB at 1T.

Damn, can't believe I just ordered two EVGA 6800 GT PCI-E

Very nice. We have a similar setup (2x6800Gt, 3500+ etc). Must say I love my system at least.. The new (not official) nvidia drivers (71.83 and up) have added support for a LOT more games too. Have fun! P.S - you wont be able to use those two monitors in SLI mode unfort :-(

Hmm what is that...? Is it a reworked A8n SLI Deluxe? That would suck hehe... Heard runors of a new revision on the A8n SLI boards coming out - could this be it? Do they just dont have the guts to "relaunch" the board?

How do I properly remove all traces of previous vid card drivers?

This is the procedure I use to run/einstall GPU drivers .Take it or leave it :-) 1. reboot and go into safe mode. 2. uninstall video cards drivers in control panel. Dont restart. 3. Use "Nasty file remover" (NFR) that can be found on guru3d.com (dunno if it can be found here) and let it...

The total failure of SLI

2x6800GT's here and perfectly happy. Only downside is that I cant use my TV-out without restarting but that is all. With new drivers (71.83) my cards are doing very well.

Yeah...I knew about the one monitor thing, but still think its kinda strange you cont use TV-out with overlay with it. :(

No TV-out when in SLI

Hey! I am trying to use TV-out via the S-video output on my SLI-enabled system. Is there no way to use TV-out when SLI is enabled at all? Do I have to go into driver options, disable SLI and restart my computer every time I am going to use my tv? BTW my Tv only has RCA-in, so I am using...
