Are graphic cards coming out faster than ever before?

Theres nothing wrong with my card, my game does run normally around 60fps just like that chart shows. When theres tons of smoke, and gunfire it can dip quickly into the 20s, and that quick stutter I find annoying. Its annoying because its a title I play right here and now immediately after...

No, my GTS does not play everygame flawlessly. Even in COD4 I can get dips down to 25fps when theres smoke and lots of action. Its gonna differ for everyone based on resolution, I use 1680x1050. Slower!? Wow, I must be out of the loop since I hadn't upgraded my old 9800 for 5 years lol...

Nova that fixed it, thanks a lot! Once I removed that folder the game started up. I was wondering what would happen to those files in that directory but I see the game recreated them when I launched it. I was able to put back all my save games, so it must have been some other file in that...

Crysis Problem

Oh wow...just uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game. It still says Crysis has stopped working before the EA screen can even appear. On a side note why does patch 1.2 act like it has frozen itself and take like 20 minutes to complete? It stalled like that the first time I patched it too...
