Struggling to lower my CPU fan rpm

dumb question , but do you have the cpu fan plugged into the correct fan header? have it set correctly for the fan (PWM/voltage controled ect)?

What is the largest laptop 2.5' HDD?

I do not think there are any gaming laptops that take 15mm drives. it just means the laptop needs to be too think to be portable. The only exception would be desktop replacement laptops, but they are far from being battery friendly. It is mains power or it does not work for longer than 30...

not sure if your issue is one of steam (in which case i am not sure if it can be changed without installing steam in a separate location), or if the issue is that you have enabled the sharing of games with friends/family, in which case, you would need to reject his access to hide your games.
