CDRW problem. Please help cause Im out of ideas!!!

What version of Nero are you using? Have you tried any other versions? Have you tried any other burning software?

Lexmark Z23 any good??

I have an older Z12. While the print qualitey is very poor, it has been a great printer for the price (I think I paid $40). I had to buy it out of desperation when my $200 POS HP printer took a dump before it had even gotten through half a reem of paper. Not sure what your ink cartirges are...

2nd Harddrive

How many other drives do you have hooked up right now? If you only have 1 HD and 1 CD rom currently just set the jumper on the 80 gig to "slave" and hook it up. I'd attach it to the same cable as your other hard drive. Be sure to check the jumper settings on your main HD and make sure it is set...

How many MP3s do you have?

1) some d/l ones are 128, otherwise I encode (using EAC) at 192 2) 25 gigs 3) Winamp 2.78 4) No, but I have an Alpine 7894 in my car that plays MP3 CD's.

Win XP Drive Letters

Yes, it should. (as long as your HD is the master on the primary IDE channel) A guy I work with had this same thing happen. Your computer will work fine with XP installed on a drive other than C, but I understand the annoyance. After installing XP on your C drive, then hook your zip drive back...

Because if you have the Burner and the CD player on the same channel, you will not get optimum speeds out of your burner when you do CD to CD copies. That's not true. It used to be the case a long time ago, but not anymore.

Yep, they do charge outrageous prices to install anything. It also says it's not valid on accessories. On the other hand, they do have nice stuff!!

How is the Canon a40 digital Camera??

I have an A 40 and love it, too. It takes great pictures indoors, it's when there is really low lighting when your pics might turn out a little blurry. It'd be nice if it was a little smaller, but for the price vs. features it's hard to beat.
