Interesting.. thanks for the feedback. I probably should have mentioned at first that this "ce approved" marking is commonly seen on cases and power supplies.

hsf recommendation please

Funny you mentioned it, Mimendo. I actually bought a GC69 from svc, b/c it was so cheap and has what I need. However.. it's REALLY difficult to install. The clip is super-stiff, and I need to use two screwdrivers (one to push down, one to push outwards) in order to get the darn thing on...

Damaged goods via fedex

Thanks for the info, guys. Flot, I fear the worst, because my package wasn't "double-boxed"? I packaged the pc in an antec case box, which included hard styrofoam padding on the top and bottom, and I placed some large bubble-wrapping on the broad sides of the case.
