Visioneer 8100 Scanner Question

More info: The OneTouch v3.0 works OK, but when I go through Paperport to Twain and click on Preview or Scan, the following error message comes up. "Please verify you have unlocked the scanner hardware. The lock is located etc." I verify the scanner is unlocked, slide the lock back and forth...
