Gatwick vs Heathrow - how connected are they

You could always try: Heathrow Express from Heathrow to Paddington. Tube from Paddington to Victoria. Train from Victoria to Gatwick. Unless the M25 is very busy that would probably take longer with the changes though.

:( Like many others I thought he'd passed away a while back. I too started out on AGN3D, must be about 9 years ago now, and came over to AT when the forums closed down. I remember the rivalry between the two forums got quite heated at times!

Edmunds First Drive: 2008 BMW M3

I think the 335's time is even more impressive when compared with the other BMWs in the list. The fact that it laps only 0.5 seconds slower than the 507hp M6 is bloody impressive. I think the 335i or the 335d (do you get the diesel version over that side of the pond?) are serious contenders...

That's not the reason they appear on Top Gear though - Clarkson wouldn't have anything to do with that idea!! He is just a big fan of civil engineering and loves bridges/tunnels/you name it. He presented a great program a while back proclaiming Isambard Kingdom Brunel to be the greatest Briton...
