Ok, I got conflicting responses;
Alkemyst said "The drive should have a termination jumper"
but Bacillus said "using a U160 hdd then you'll have to put an active terminator at the end of the cable as the hdd itself will not have a termination jumper! "
I found this on IBM's site
"Since LVD...
I have recently Bought a SCSI hard drive set-up, and am now confused about SCSI termination. I have googled on it but am still wondering. Is it neccesary to ALWAYS terminate the scsi bus? I am only planning on using one drive on a single channel so do I need to buy a cable w/ 3 connectors and...
I used some vinyl dye i bought from Pep Boys, it looks great. the only problem i had was that it scratches off somewhat easier than I would like. I wound up putting an acrylic clearcoat on after to fix it.
Putting my card in the freezer wasn't quite enough, I had to the turn a can of compressed air upside down and spray the heat sink to freeze it some more. Then a careful twisting motion should do the trick.

Note: Yes, I have used various epoxies before.
