Can I also suggest that you take a couple of pictures of the items as they are packed? And photograph the sealing of the box - and take a note of the weight? While shipping damage (or items going missing during transit) is rare, it is always better to be safe than sorry.

So sorry to see this; I don't know how useful it has been found to be, but in 2008 Adorama reported on a site called http://www.camerafound.com that posted photos from found cameras and media cards in the hopes that the owners would reclaim them...
All refurbished Nikon units sold by Adorama Camera come with a 90-day return-to-Nikon warranty - which includes a 30-day returns period - and have been factory refurbished by the manufacturer.
They will have been checked over by the manufacturer by hand, inspected very thoroughly, diagnosed...

I was extremely concerned to read your posting and firstly would like to offer a sincere apology. We only ever make a charge once a customer's order has actually been shipped, so I'm unsure why you believe you have been charged if we haven't yet sent the item out to you.
