I just switched cases to an Antec 900 thus i removed my heatsnik (xigmatek s1283?). My idle temps with my E8400 at 3.8 GHz 1.352V are 33/36. What baffles me is that Core 1 never changes temp while in idle: stays at 36. whereas my other core seems to flucuate. When i load prime 95 up, both cores...

OC for my E8400

So after running prime for 12 hours one of my cores failed, however the other core ran for 19 hours. Now im in a predictiment... should i raise the VCore some more to 1.336 or should i jsut downclock? I really want to run stable at 3.8Ghz but my bum core 0 is preventing that. Also what does...
