Unexplained Reboot

The automatic reboot function has been turned off for a while now but I havent gotten any BSOD. The computer either reboots, screen turns black/white/green/gray or shows the vertical lines. When It shows the vertical lines the rest of the computer (sound, fans, hdd etc.) continue to function...
