Gigabyte just released the BIOS, here you can find them: GA-965P-DS3 rev 1.0 GA-965P-DS3 rev 2.0 GA-965P-DS3 rev 3.3 It enables 45nm with "no offical support, due to Intel having no official guarantee for 45nm CPUs on non-3 series chipsets".

Hello, I have a GA-965P-DS3 revision 3.3 (FSB1333 ready) and I wonder if my motherboard will be compatible with the new 45nm CPUs from Intel, Wolfdale & Yorkfield. Anyone knows if they will be compatible with a BIOS update? Thank You
