Why You Should Not buy anything less than 80 Plus Certified PSU...

The higher efficiency, the better, but it's not the most important aspect in a PSU. You can find on the market high quality PSUs that are not 80Plus certified, and horrible PSUs that meets the 80Plus Gold certification. Keep in mind that, as other people have said before, efficiency≠quality.
