Asus a8n-e..

Just a quick thought, does every thing appear to be powered up? I have all the fans running and green standby light is on but it just won't post. Unlike your board, this one has never booted.

I agree, you would think it would be more than enough, I only have graphics, cpu and memory plugged in but it seems these pc express boards are quite picky. If the guy in the shop tries a differant psu ( which he said he was going to) and it boots, then I'll buy it! Can't you borrow one from a...

Is 330w enough? Not that we can go on the wattage, the current the psu can supply seems to be an issue. Might need a bit more juice. Most responses I've read elsewhere seem to fixed by a decent psu. Strange thing is, I get the not receiving signal message on the monitor but when powered up It...

Thanks for the reply After trawling many forums, I am beginning to suspect the psu. The Q-Tec is cheap and cheerful but only has the 20 pin atx connector. I got a 20 to 24 adapter but still no go. I've left the offending item in local pc store to try a few diagnostics but I think I'll be...

Ok heres my problem. I have tried 3 differant power supplies, 2 differant graphics cards differant memory in the case and outside the case but nothing will get this board to boot or give any video signal. Everything is new out the box. Any ideas ? Thanks hezzy A8N-E 64 3000...
