Reduce saturation over hdmi

Those options are not there unfortunately, they are replaced with: YCbCr: Enabled/Disabled This is an issue with HDMI screens that make them get detected as "Digital Television" instead of the correct "Digital Display".

Reduce saturation over hdmi

when connecting a laptop to an hdmi screen, colors are very saturated, and the saturation option is not available. using intel graphics in an ivy-bridge based laptop. When connecting the same screen via VGA, saturation is available and works fine, but it the quality is quite crap and blurry...

Is this wear on Samsung SSD excessive?

I belived your SSD is rated for about 2000 P/E cycles, you only used 33, so you used only 33/2000 = 1.65% of its rated life the '177' value = '098', which means you have 98% of life left.

Max single thread performance = 6700K OC?

6700k, and disable hyper threading and 1 or 2 of the cores, and then overclock. the lower heat will give you more room to OC.

it is funny how people now are genuinely afraid from the 'OPERATING SYSTEM' changing on its own without proper notification and warning to the issues that may arise, .. this shouldn't happen from a 'reliable' OS. How different is that compared to a virus AND spyware ? People do real work...

single core performance still matters in allot of scenarios, and 6 cores is likely to have the highest single core speed/trubo.

if you have a OEM motherboard with win7 license, the oem win7 installation should still work anytime because it is activated offline.

That is not an upgrade, he have already 6 cores @ 4.2 ghz, that xeon would get around 3ghz at turbo, which is overall similar or slightly slower.
