XP's in 760MPx boards ??

Check the L5 bridges. If they are cut, then the cpu is MP disabled. You can reconnect them the same way you would unlock the multiplier and it should work. Check the forums at 2cpu for some great information on XP's in MPX boards.

dual AMD motherboard?

I think the new version of the MSI board, 6501-020, has working USB. The 6501-030 has on board lan. The only board out that has an IDE raid controller is the Gigabyte but its stability is questionable. The up coming Chaintech has raid but it's not yet available. The Tyan MPX board has the most...

whats a good KT333 motherboard with no onboard parts and no raid?

You might want to check out the Soltek 75DRV5. If I recall the only on board part it has is sound.

Need slotket recommendation for for oc'g Cel 566 FCPGA?

I run an Iwill Slocket II on my system. I have a Celeron 633 running at 997 on a Soyo 6BA+IV. It runs 24/7 with no problems.

Question on Slotket and voltage

On my Iwill Slocket 2, I set the slocket to auto detect for the voltage and adjust the voltage in the bios on my Soyo board.

HELP: I got KOOLANCE, but have a few problems

If you want to be sure you hit 1Ghz with a P3 700 you can go to Compuwiz-tech and get one that is pre-tested to hit 1Ghz. It's even less expensive than a 1Ghz chip.

EASY PSU QUESTION..

It's a little of both. The amount of heat the PSU generates depends on the load it's under. If it was me, I'd put the fan back in the PSU. I look at it this way. My system is on 24/7. If the PSU that runs the fans dies because it overheated, then my system is next. Not a good trade off for the...

Question on good old OC'ing

If by frequency ratios you mean the multiplier of the CPU, on Intel chips they are locked and can't be changed. The only way to overclock your P3 is to up the FSB.
