GA-586T2 (430TX) won't boot after adding 128MB Dimm

It had 32MB. I tried to add a 128MB Dimm without realizing 64MB was the largest for this board. Now it won't boot. No beeps and no video. I've removed the battery to reset the CMOS. I understand I may need to wait about an hour to fully discharge the capacitor. Any other suggestions?

If I get an OEM 1.2 or 1.33 fromNewegg, which HSF is adequate, even for overclocking? For the 1.33 Newegg recommends a Cooler Master HSF that can support 1.33GHZ, but it's only $8. Since the processor's multiplier is unlocked, if I get an IWILL KK266 or an ASUS A7V133, I can start...
