internet problems

i replaced the hosts file and it solved some of the problems but not all. it's weird since i stopped using kazaa like since 2002. i don't have any other file-sharing programs and this problem started happening like 2 weeks ago. but all and all thanks for the temporary fix, now all i have to do...

yup tried that too. instead of IE i tried using Mozilla and it's a no go.

nope. it is still a no go. i have done just about everything. i think i may need to reinstall windows but i'll wait for more suggestions. appreciate it though!

i just get the basic "cannot display page". im running through the router a linksys. i tried going to those sites on my other computer and it works fine. i just can't go on my computer. my settings should be fine too. im accepting all cookies and my trusted zone settings are low.

recently I have been unable to go on specific sites like sears.com eagames.com. I have already checked with other computers and they seem to work fine. I don't think this is a browser issue because I have tried several and had the same results on my computer. I have ran Norton and Spybot and now...

help with maxtor harddrives!!!!

Everything is legit, i tried installing xp with the same hard drive at my new computer, guess what? It Works!!! I guess it's my old computer that needs the fixing, maybe there's some compatibility issues. Im trying to find out what kind of mb i have, because I got this for free, i'll try finding...
