Need suggestion on CPU fan/heatsink for Opteron (K8)

We have a Tyan Thunder Quad Board (S4882). For some reason, the CPU fan does not register the RPMs of the CPU if it spins below a certain speed on CPU 2,3. I need a CPU Fan/Heatsink that meets the following: Spins greater than 3000RPM to be safe (2700 RPM is probably ok) No bigger than...

Opteron CPU Heatsink Fan Suggestions

Hey, I'd like to get anyone's input on what kind of fans we should get for our opteron servers. I am told we need fans that do upwards of 2,700 RPM. Any suggestions? Thanks!

$1 dogs on Wednesdays at the A's game. And yes i was implying the SF Giants have never one a world series.... ;) Despite the necessary Giants bashing SBC Park is a great park...I'm going to the game on Tuesday :)

San Francisco Chronicle newspaper- $24.99 for a full year Wed-Sun

I think you can get this same deal for $10 for a full year...There is a sales guy outside of walgreens in the financial district (corner of front and sacramento st) that always tries to sell me a full subscription to SF Chronicle for $10 / year.

Hey, I drive a Mazda Protege, a crappy $10,000 car. It gets great gas mileage and gets me from here to there without a problem. But, I would much rather be driving a Mercedes SL 500 if I could afford it. The thing is, though, it would get me from here to there the same way the Mazda would...
