chekcing usb flash memory bootability

Is there some way I can fgure out wether or not my computer can boot flash from usb? IS there some tool avaialble to check so? Would loading a DOS boot disk onto a memory flash card and plugging it into a usb reader and then seeing if it works work?

win 2003 system tray problem

precious oil, peopel are suffering for energy sources and cruise ships have to waste it by the gallons just to move some people across the ocean so that they can enjoy time at the sea on a swimming pool on a huge ship. Sheesh

I have windows 2003 server edition and I find that certain programs wont run and theys ay that I need this OS or that in order to be able to install. I tried the right clickinga nd changing its compatibility settings under teh compatibility tab and that still wont work, is there anything else...
