Coolbits is just a registry hack that reveals hidden tweaks with nVidia drivers. It's simple no hassle. I haven't tried RivaTuner for a long time but I believe it's more complicated options than Coolbits. I would suggest you try both and make the decision yourself. Just depends on your preference.
I have a Shuttle SFF system with 250Watt PSU. Running P4 3.0 @ 3.5, BFG 6800GT OC @ 390, Audigy 2, a Raptor, 2 other hard drives and also powering 3 fans (CPU, MB, 5.25 HD Fan). My system runs rock stable.
Sorry, but I am one of those slackers unfortunately. FORTUNATELY though, I decided on a career change so I will be finishing college, still graduating under computer science but after graduation, I plan to do something total unrelated to the computer science field.
Thought this was a good deal since the lowest price for a 2.6C is $164 on pricewatch... basically it's like getting a free crappy motherboard with the processor purchase :P
