New York forgets to exempt law enforcement from their magazine capacity limits

Why are the cops scared that they will have magazine capacity limits? High capacity magazines are banned. They should have no reason to have them, because no one else does.

Update: I tried troubleshooting some more. One thing I notice is that when I leave the CPU 12 V connector unplugged it acts pretty much the same as if it was plugged in, except I can't shut it off by pushing the power button. I noticed I do not get any beeping from the motherboard, even...

Thanks Puppies! I am not concerned with RMA. I am honest to a fault at times. :( I was concerned the PSU based on the volt readings. it would only spike to about 1.2 Volts and shut down. I just want to get this system up and running.

what political or social injustice riles you up the most?

The biggest social injustice that riles me up the most is prison rape. The justice system knowingly allows these crimes to happen. But it's ok because these subhumans in prison are the victims.

Can the APU be fried...

Thanks guys. I will probably purchase the APU first. If that doesn't work then the motherboard. I have to get a PSU too because that is dead. Could plugging in that 12 volt connector wrong break the PSU? If not I wonder if the PSU was faulty to begin with? But this is Corsair...

...if you plug in the 12V CPU power backwards? (don't ask how :( ) I believe the black wires were plugged into where the yellow wires were supposed to go. The orientation was such that pin 1 went into the pin 4 socket on the motherboard. The computer would start up for a split...

Religion shoud be outlawed

Right and wrong. If it is a form of government, it is a form of voluntary government. Being that it is voluntary, outlawing it sounds like a dictatorship-ish suggestion. All religions and governments should be voluntary.

The Fed is Taxation without representation.

They print more money to fund pet projects like banks and war, the purchasing power of my money goes down. Sounds like a tax to me.

Simulate a 10" screen

A quickie would be to get a ruler handy. download irfanview. take a screenshot of the desktop. and then scale the picture to 10 inches. You can even try to mimic the resolution as well.
