NorthBridge Heat issues

thanks guys i tried to remove the heatsink cooler. but wasnt able to. whats the max safe temps u guys think? 80* celcius at load for the northbridge? and i bought a antec spotfan :)

thanks. appreciate it. seems alot of x58 boards overheat on the northbridge, i tried removing the heatsink for northbridge but its a 2 part job and too hard to do myself.
