i think my mb fan is dying.. so i want to replace it. Just wondering if that fan can be taken off from the front of the motherboard. I can't see the back of my motherboard unless i take the entire thing out which is really painful for me. If anyone know please tell me. Also what would be a good...
I had 2 512mb kingston pc 3200 400mhz ram, it runs at 400mhz dual channel. Recently i got 2 samsung 512mb pc 3200 400mhz ram, and filled my slots. However now it runs at 333mhz dual channel? is it suppose to be slower?? or is that correct?
Also if it stays that way... is 1 gig at 400mhz...
If i get a amd 64 4000+ chip is it worth getting the 7800 gtx 512 over the 7800gt or gtx? or will i not see much of a performance boost? Assuming i will not be doing any overclocking...

hmm ok...well i don't really know how this works.. i looked inside the computer and see 1 fan not spinning, so i looked outside (from the back) and see another fan not spinning..

turns out smartpower 2.0 turns external exhaust fan off(until its need to be on
) ...and has an internal intake fan spinning slowly instead..
I am assuming i am not suppose to be able to see the internal fan? cause the fan i can see from using a flashlight is the one that is...

hey guys i just finished installing winxp on my new setup (a8n-e motherboard)
I put in the asus cd.. and there is some stuff i am not sure if its good to install..
eg. ai booster, cool & quiet and nv chip set..
Please tell me if i need them or they make system overall permance better...
hmm i haven't gamed yet, but the harddrive seems to be getting kinda hot even with the side panel open.. my other concern is.. if i install that fan it will blow whatever hot air sucked from the hdd onto my videocard. There is no other place i can place that fan nor can i move that...

one more thing.. i bought another 120mm to fit into the front for my case.. problem is there is like massive cables near that fan area.. infact i think the fan barely fit..

I tried building a new pc... when i power it on, all the fans and stuff are spining, but the monitor gets no signal.. and also i have to foce it to shut down by pressing the power switch at the back. I tried holding the front power button, but it did not turn off..
