I am afraid your game was the ultimate virus, it replaced some system-files. Try to bootup in safe-mode, if this doesnot work reinstall the sh*t. The repair options under NT are pretty f**k, sort to speak.
No. ATM switches are delicate things, do not touch it when it runs, let it run.
Never try to update it. They can be wurth tenthousends o bucks and still work like f**k.
Very special, try 3com oeps...they stopped with it, but there still some info.
Maybe you do not pay your bills and they want to disconnect you time to time !
They need it so they can tell who is who, it is more a security problem.
And they (phreakers) can still borrow your line if they want to.
Why build one if they have build it already for you ? No hassles, no problems.
Sure it is nice to build it yourself. But the additional problems are not of the air.
You have to look carefully to the airflow this is a delicate job. Well good luck with finding it. (tip: I would go for the 2U case !)

The Aopen case HQ-45...

Air flow of hot air must always go out on the upper side of the case if you use back out, front (low) in methode. The hot air will raise and...
If you want a honest and quick answer: D O N O T B U Y I T !!!!!!
Buy a Dell if you want Hell !!!!
Stick to 'A'-brand manufacturers components and ofcourse pay little more, but you will
have more power, more flexibility and more quality for your buck.
Dual-CPU system looks like fun but...
