I had a cracked hinge. RMA'd it, and was rewarded with a flickering screen instead. And the cracked hinge still happened again, about 1/4 as bad :)

Best Sennheiser head phones for a gamer?

In my experience, Grados do have more bass slam, if used with flat pads. Flats are no longer offered through Grado, but Todd the Vinyl Junkie currently stocks 'em. Also note that the low-end of the Grado line is lacking. The SR-125 holds its salt, and the 225 will collapse your gut. Back to...

Yeah, I gotta admit I was really surprised by the no tax thing. Definitely YMMV! For reference, I live in Ma.

Just got in with $863, free shipping, no tax with 28% code. Used DPA, but it didn't apply an extra discount (though tax disappeared!). Pending 120 days for fatcash 3%, heh..

I called normal Dell sales at 1-800-WWW-DELL and got the run around. First claimed 20% off was the best, then offered 25% for ~ $900 with free 2nd day shipping. Claimed they could not do $840.00. I guess talking to one of those specific reps is required.
