MSI K7T-Pro2-a spontaneously refuses to boot.

I have that problem also. Sometimes I have to boot it a couple of times to get it to go. Check MSI site here http://www.msi.com.tw/support/bios/mainboard/6xxx/k7tpro2a/k7tpro2a.htm They have a ver 2.4 out dated 2/7/01. It is the second from the top just below the Overclocking BIOS. I flashed on...

If you will look at the W6330VMS.XXX it has an extention of 240 and a date of 2/7/01. That is a different extention than the one I downloaded last time. it was W6330VMS.220. I still ever now and then have to make a couple of boots before mine fires off so I may try this one :-) erg

Mother Board Monitor 5 and MSI KT7 Pro2A.....CPU Temp doesn't show up

It is a little confusing. I have the same board and have sensor 1 set to display board sensor Via686A-2 ( CPU ) and sensor 2 to display board sensor Via686A-2 ( only way I can get it to read right ) and sensor 3 is set to VIA686A-3 ( that reads the case temp ) any other combination and I get...

A BIOS flash question on the K7T-Pro2a

I just flashed the awfl788 OC flash and noticed on booting I see " UNKNOWN FLASH TYPE " on the screen . It has the correct version on the screen when it first boots. Anybody else got that message? erg
