Are your hubs running the latest hub firmware? The last firmware; .56 I believe, brought along new firmware for trippers. If you don't have .56 and it doesn't show update available; contact wink support and they can push it to you.

It's confusing, but what it means is that you need to use your Wink Hub to perform a reset on it, even if it's not currently paired with Wink. What you do is go into Wink, click hub, then settings. There will be a button at the bottom with z-wave commands. Click the "exclusion mode" button...

Yep! http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?p=37070229&highlight=tablet#post37070229 Just beware, Wink App doesn't really "scale" on tablets well. There is no screen rotation for landscape mode and the buttons end up still in just 2 columns. Some of the apps to force rotation to landscape...

They bent over backwards to help me figure out a generic z-wave issue (linear switch re-pairing). First guy couldn't figure it out, had an engineer return a call that same night and we were able to figure it out. ... point being, they aren't all bad and obviously not all good; just inconsistent.

Well actually if you look at the "tweets and replies" they do a crap load of service replies on twitter. Their twitter person has been more responsive than email or phone for me. But they usually ask you to talk details over DM. I've tweeted multiple issues and never had a problem with them.
