4 hard drives - Promise Ultra 133?

I just bought a 4th hard drive (seagate 200 gig ultra ata/100), but I don't have enough IDE connectors. Someone told me I need to buy a Promise Ultra 133 card, which will allow me to add another hard drive. Is this correct? What is the exact model I need to buy? My setup: Antec SX630II...

I picked one up today; pricematched at Best Buy (but they didn't give me the extra 10% of the difference!), and got it installed. $129.99 plus tax, -$70 rebate. So it was around $69.
