Doesn't the Value support 4 speakers?

yes, the Live Value does four speakers in games and in stereo, you can have all the speakers going all the time if you wish.

HOWEVER, if you're gonna build your own PC be sure to leave extra money for screw-ups or be prepared to get defective motherboards that take months to get replaced! :Q this happens more than you'd imagine, so I'd say keep your main computer for awhile just in case.

AnandTech does the Celeron 800 with a 100mhz FSB.

i dunno, not everyone is happy with their duron, i'm not, my 3dmark2000 scores are lower now than they were before with a slower celeron!

no, not at the same time, if you want to do what i think you want to do get a keyboard/video/mouse switch and build two computers. you can't have two OS's going at the same time on the same computer.
