Choosing the right CPU

Hi everybody, I have not kept up to date on the latest CPUs and am thoroughly confused. The last CPU I bought was a E6400 during the summer of 2006 and it still works fine, playing the latest games and what not. I'm now looking for the right CPU for my little brother that is entering...

Thanks you. F11 did do the trick. I thought that also only worked on Internet Explorer. My friend must have accidentally pressed it.

From reading online I got an impression that most cards are the best when it comes to those that created the card such as ATI is better than Club3D's version. I was wondering if this is the case for the X1900XTX. As of right now, I can get a MSI X1900XTX for around $320 (averages around $470)...

ASUS P5B is around the $150s, the Deluxe is around the P5WDH. If the e6600 is going to cost me even more to overclock well, do you think I should just go for the e6400?
