From what I have read, "CiceroUIWndFrame" is part of MS Office's speech and handwriting recognition. By turning those off (If you don't use either of those features), you should be able to stop that error from recurring.
You can find specific instructions for your particular version of MS...
Windows Media Player 10 has the ability to slow down (or speed up) MP3 files. Below the visualization there are two blue arrows on the left side. Just click one of them until you get to the "play speed settings" tab. There will be a slider there that will allow you to adjust the speed it plays...
In reply to Paperlantern, the drive is a 40GB Seagate, and that's about all I know of it. I'm not sure of the board make/model/etc. either (most likely Intel).
The computer was built from a slew of parts collected from other computers as project in IT class. Perhaps the drive was jarred or...
A Seagate set up as a slave drive isn't recognized by the computer. The jumpers and connections are set up properly, but windows and DOS still won't recognize the HDD as plugged in.
Any suggestions?
For about 2-3 days now the fan on my 9000PRO has been emitting a squeaking sound.
I purchased it about two months ago and have had no problems with it (from NewEgg). I'm not an avid gamer, so I don't need a high-end graphics card for daily use.
This isn't the exact video card I own, but it...

It's a Compaq, I didn't expect much (Model: 5101RSH). I'll never own a...
I currently use an Efficient Networks 5200 Speedstream ADSL USB/Ethernet external modem (Using USB setup on Windows XP PRO), and was wondering if there were any Linux drivers out there for it.
I have tried Googling, but have come up short.
Also, does anyone know how to get Linux (Knoppix...
Uninstalling the programs he clicked "Yes" to will most likely solve your problem as helpmeout previously stated.
But, in the event that you or he cannot find the files that were installed, one place to look might be that of your startup programs. (AKA the registry).
From the Start menu...
To prevent this from happening again, I would recommend a firewall.
ZoneAlarm is a good program that is very easy to use- even without very much computer knowledge. It allows you to block programs from accessing the internet (the ones you don't want).
It just takes a bit of getting used...
There should be an option in Preferences stating "start messages minimized," or something of that nature. Try using that.
But, I still must agree with fuzzynavel. Turning it off solves this problem.
