They look about the same. They both are 16 ms 6-bit panels. I'd say the major differences are in ergonomics and the fact that the Princeton has speakers. There are a few small differences, namely the Sony has a 500:1 contrast ratio vs. a 450:1 ratio, and the Sony puts out 400 cd/m2 vs. 300...

Antec Sonata II and P180 coming soon

If I weren't going SFF for my next box, I think I'd get the Sonata II. I'm running a Sonata I right now and it's always treated me well.

I just got mine from Amazon. It's looking pretty, with no ghosting, and sharp graphics. I don't see any problems with the color at all (not that I have spectacular eyesight or anything).

linux vs xp

It's going to be hard. If you're really interested and think it's worth the time, learning to use Linux is definitely worth it. It's a steep learning curve, but if you do enough research it should be a great experience.

I personally use a 64 bit build of Ubuntu on a athlon 64. You can't just switch between 32 and 64 bit, you have to pick a build that is a 64 bit version. You're not going to find much of a performance benefit either way though, until they start writing programs that take advantage of the 64...

best MOBO/Processor combo for OCing

There is a signifant performance increase with the higher speed ram. I'd recommend getting the pc 3200 with two sticks of 512mb (good cost/performance ratio). If your chipset supports dual channel ram (which most of the recommended boards do) you will get a decent performance increase. I just...

powerbook!

I got a 15" powerbook with 128MB VRAM, 512GB ramn, 5400RPM, Backlit Keyboard, and the DVD burner. I love it. It's the best laptop I've ever handled. rainypickles: os x is the best os i've ever used. Everything has a shortcut, you just need to read the documentation to find it out...
