Question on ram timings, asus p5b motherboard, OCZ ram

OK, so I changed the default values from 5-5-5-15 to the manufacturers recommended 4-4-4-12. However, what are the other options in the BIOS, there are many other settings aside from just these 4. Should I be adjusting these also?

Do not use the windows update tool. I just had to RMA a motherboard to Newegg because it trashed my bios.

Best new Wireless N Router--made for Vista?

Do not get the BELKIN range. The N1 stuff really sux, the speeds are no where near what they claim. Returned both router (visual N1) and the PCI Desktop cards.
