wow. I am retarded. the psu was stuck inbetween 115 and 230. If u are getting this code right at start up - no delay on a soltek u need to check ur power supply. specifically make sure it is set for the right voltage. 115 in the US.

Improving the bubblesort.

to get the ten largest values. don't sor the whole array. just grab the ten largest values in one pass. start at one end put first 10 values in a sorted array. Keep going through the first array replacing the child array when larger values are found. don't sort 10 million values if u don't...

Photoshop CS: What is Pixels for a 8.5x11 Sheet of Paper

just for everyone to know pixels are short for pixel element. Their is a pixel to inch converter at http://www.classical-webdesigns.co.uk/pixelinchconvert.html Traditionally they are 1/72nd of an inch (A font size of 72 is one inch) but with different DPIs it changes.

dvd burner drive won't open

DVD drives have firmware, it is similar to a BIOS in that that is what controls it. U could try updating that. It is Usually available from the manufacter website wiht installations instructions. XP makes it easy

VGA too hot?

49C isn't that hot. A fan would be pretty obvious if u opened up the case. The VGA would be the highest card. I would also try updating video drivers

U have to install the raid drivers first, before installing XP usually. Like mine came on a floppy disk to use before the install of OS

Quick CPU question

looks like the 4 pin 12V connector. If I'm not mistaken it is used in the ATX 2.01 standard pushed by intel for the CPU. I think its cpu not video card that it helps. if ur psu has definately hook it up.

u should be able to boot into safe mode. it defaults to no password, unless u've set it. And if u should be using this computer why wouldn't u know the accounts...
