If you are planning on overclocking, wait for the Venice. Looks like it can be easily overclocked to 2.8GHz with minimal effort.
At that speed, it is faster than a FX-55 on most applications.
Centurion 5 is probably a better case, at least functionally, even though the Cavalier 3 maybe better looking as you suggested. Centurion 5 had the very good cooling and the lowest noise levels compared to other cases in the same price range.

Amazon deal is definitely better, especially for those who live in high-tax states.
For those who don't want to mess with rebates, NewEgg has the same drive for $176 with $2.99 shipping.
Those who live in the SF Bay Area have the option of picking up their items at SVC's warehouse and pay no shipping! Especially good if you are going to buy a heavy item like an ATX Case or a power supply.
This looks like a neat product, but the information on the Buffalo website is somewhat incomplete. I am looking for a review on one of the credible tech sites. Maybe Anandtech will review this gizmo soon.
