No Video on New Build

I'm in the process of building a PC for my mother (who hasn't had to at some point) and can't get video to work. I can't tell if it's POSTing or not - I'm guessing not, since there's no video, but there's no PC speaker with the case I bought either. Everything turns on when I power up the...

Unfortunately, the only way to get the stock heatsink off is to take the mobo out. First though, unscrew any screws you see on the fan-heatsink assembly and take the fan out. Then you should be able to take the mobo out of the case and use a needlenose pliers (carefully!!!!!!!! I was shaking...

Hmm... I didn't know they made water blocks for chipsets. Anyway the NB-47 has been running smoothly (and quiet!!! holy *#@&$!!!) for a couple days now, no stability problems to speak of after long periods of use and idling. Also, I used the thermal grease that came with it, not AS 5, I didn't...

No, but I probably will once the warranty expires by itself. Unless of course it's a lifetime warranty, in that case I probably will OC it right before I buy a new proc.

You do realize that that's a GPU cooler right? Oh and BTW, I have a 120mm intake fan blowing over 1 hard drive (under the other, it's pointed at an empty HD slot) and straight to the NB-47.

I'm installing the Zalman passive heatsink (NB-47J) and am having trouble getting the push-pins out. Anyone have a clue as to how I would do that? I've removed the mobo from the case, I just can't get those stupid things out. You're supposed to pinch the little things together and slide it...

Seems that guy at OcUK got an Asus 6600GT with a hs/fan that tends to snap off... I hope he doesn't have that issue. I'm still uncertain as to which brand I'll buy when I upgrade to the GT. Also, does anyone know if ClawHammer is 130nm or 90nm? Sandra reports a 90nm ClawHammer for me, but...
