Okay ixnay on that stable part. As I was typing up another post a few processes decided to die and windows gave me 60 seconds to save everything before it would shut down. (Couldn't even do a shutdown -a, lsass crashed every time I tried to pull up the run dialog or taskmgr).

    Please help with an OC

So, I am booting @ 3.0ghz now but still a few issues: First, I can't get any temperature monitoring software to work. Then again, I only know about a few (MBM, Speedfan, and Abit's uGuru utility). So this makes it kind of hard to see if I am over heating. For now I can live with the BIOS...

Abit AB9-Pro boot issues w/ USB Card reader

I just started using two AB9-Pros and both of them have a bit of a strange issue. Whenever a USB memory card reader (one being the one built into my Dell 2405 and the other being a SanDisk card reader) is plugged into one of the four on board USB ports, the system will have issues booting...

Newegg link for the memory. I already was set for 2v for the memory. As for the timings, I left everything at auto because I wasn't sure which setting = 12. CPU-Z tells me my CAS# latency is set to 4, Ras to Cas 4 and Ras precharge 4 and cycle time (tras) is 10. (So now I know to set...

    Please help with an OC

Looking back at newegg, it is spec'd for 4-4-4-4-12 and others have said the SPD reads it higher. I'll try 4-4-4-4-12 all the same. I'll also try the voltage bump.

    Please help with an OC

First, thank you. Now my questions :) That seems a bit low for the vCore from what I've read. Also, when I set the memory to DDR2-800 it gives me the ratio of 2:3 and I have to go down to (I think) DDR2-533 to get 1:1. I really don't know what that ratio means though. As for my memory...

am using an ABIT AB9 w/ an E6400. For memory I am using G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) I can't get my FSB past 350 and make it past post. I can get the voltage to 1.45 w/o much of a temperature change but I am currently at 1.4 since this is just as stable. All...

    C2D Ménage à trois?

It seems like there are a handful of Socket T boards that have distinguished themselves with the Core 2 Duo crowd. It also seems like every generation there is always a stand out combo or Ménage à trois of Motherboard / CPU / Memory that stick out as the smart buy. So the question is, what...

    The Vista Hive

Before I installed RC1, I made sure that all of my hardware had beta drivers for Vista ... or so I thought. It turns out that the trust rusty Radeon 7000 VE that I have been using for displays 3 and 4 doesn't actually have Vista drivers (I think because there never were any DX9 drivers for this...

POSTing the same data to two different pages

For that solution ... both. User enters in data in all the fields. Hits submit. My script emails the person all the information. Then uses those variables to fill in the form again. This time the form is submited to the 3rd party. I can use the body onload stuff to have the form be...

POSTing the same data to two different pages

Wow ... just ... wow. Did you not even bother to read the thread before posting such trash again? I actually got it figured out using my original PEAR script that I should have pasted here. I didn't realize that in PHP "require" is a way to load modules and that Request.php was a PEAR...

POSTing the same data to two different pages

I will let it die but luckily for me, I still got a notification of your reply. I was serious about letting it die but you had to come in with the "instead of just answering the question." You would think with 49269 posts you would have learned how to read. You would think that even when...

POSTing the same data to two different pages

It still has nothing to do with anything. You could just admit that I answered the question straight away and you have to act like it still had anything to do with anything. And even when you want to continue this pointless discussion, you can't even address the fact that you aren't even being...
