The Unofficial Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R P35 Board Thread

Any one any luck the Cruical Ballastix PC8500 with this board, i cannot get them stable even at 1066! The sticks memtest fine in a P965 (Gigabyte DS4) but not in the P35C. Suggestions? Oh i've tried F2, F3b and F4b bios

I'm having terrible stability performance with F4b bios, its even freezing in the bios screen. Bad flash? I'll be going back to 3b (if i can find it online again, no luck so far)

Corsair TWINX 2048-DDR2 6400 = Problems

I have 6400C4 and I get 450 @ 4-4-4-12 @2.1V Orthos stable blend with C2D6400@ 3.6GHz with a gigabyte DS4 though. Evidence for screenies

The Perfect Memory For Socket AM2

I've run most of the vista builds via VMware with 1Gig allocated without any problems at all, I think all this 2Gig stuff is just scare monguring (sp?) or sales hype!

Opteron 144 Cacje 0546 bad overclocking

I got 2.8GHz with my Opty 144 CACJE 0546 prime stable, could push it to 2.85GHz but couldnt make 2.9 with my current set up. Maybe the problem is else where in your rig?

san diego/opteron temps and voltage

My Optey 144 @2.8GHz (9*311) runs at 29 idle and 38 under load (water cooled though) at 1.50 +3.3% in the bios (CPUID reports 1.488 volts)

I've just a Opteron 144 CACJE 0546, i'll let you all know how it compares to the Opteron 144 CABNE 0545 i've got in my system
