new themes for Windows 7

Hello, Anyone know places where I can download good, no nonsense, clean, good usability and free themes for Windows 7? I really want a new look to my taskbar and start menu and maybe a theme that incorporate some OSX features. Thanks!

help, Q6600 can't go above 2.51ghz with Asus P5N-E SLI

After numerous failed attempts to OC my current to go above 2.54, which I'd be happy with 2.8, I have to agree that my P5N-E suck at OC quads. Either that or my CPU barely passed specifications as it was at the bottom of the bell curve. I may give it one more try by taking out the 2x1GB 667mhz...

help, Q6600 can't go above 2.51ghz with Asus P5N-E SLI

I'm not having any luck getting my system above 2.6. I would be satisfied with 2.8. I don't see any reason why my mobo/cpu can't reach that speed. Can anyone with similar or same mobo provide like a step by step instructions on how to OC? Thanks

Oh so after all that, now you know you can turn off virtual memory. Windows 2000 can run without virtual memory too. I've tested it. It gives you warnings about low virtual memory because during those times 512MB is considered A LOT. And you though it only worked well with special versions...

Yes you can, by adjusting the size under System Properties. If you have more RAM that means you can use less virtual memories. You really start using memory management so that you can use the correct terms.

The Borg, if you are running XP64bit and only see 3.5GB RAM, I can think of two reasons. 1) 0.5GB could be allocated for your graphics memory. Do you have an integrated video card? 2) you may need a bios update from your motherboard company. And for the more ram=wast of money question...

Question about Vista activation

I remembered few years ago when I tried to install Xp Pro on a Dell logo disk that came with a Dell desktop on my home built computer which didn't work. It may not work if your Vista disk is made by that PC company but may if it's just a regular OEM disk. Try it anyway, it won't hurt.

How much RAM for gaming?

It does weird things when VM is disabled because it's running out of RAM, not enough RAM. Like what TC91 said, you don't have to totally disable VM. Also keep in mind that some RAM maybe allocated for graphics. Try adjusting the VM size and see what happens. It won't hurt. I don't think...

It's not that I seem to have no problems, it is that I do not have problems without pagefile. Yes, windows, by default, will always allocate pagefile no matter how much RAM you have. Just consider it an automatic safety feature. Windows does know what you use your computer for and how much RAM...
