Anyone know who sells the small heatsinks for ram on a video card? Im using an eVGA 5900 xt. Ive been looking around abut cannot find just the heatsinks. Thanks, Inosuke

Should I go from Win98SE to Win2k or WinXP

My .02, It doesnt really matter. XP is built on the 2000 Kernel anyway, so the guts are the same. Seems that XP boots faster, and runs a little faster in gaming. BUT 2k is 2 service packs in and that is about the time that Microsoft seems to get it right. 2k is also very well supported from...

How do I add a Sparc10, with a drive array attached, to a 2000 Domain. Want it(Sun box) to be storage, hold VMWare images, and be accessible by domain members. Do I need to use Samba, or does Solaris have any apps to help me out here?? THanks, Inosuke

Folding@home

Running the folding@home on Linux and Win2k currently. can also run the command line in windows if ya like. Less glam for sure, but seems to be worthwhile. I like that they don't have a closed source client. :( UD Inosuke

Execute Compact/Repair on Access database from Perl?

Database stuff is funfunfun. I'm not so good with the SQL language, but you need DBI to connect. Then you can do whatever you want. Search the net for the DBI module and descriptions. It's a bit tricky, but there is a good book by Oreily on Win32 Perl and DBI. It worked great for me. Also...
