Problem with scandisk and defrag in win98se

I have a amd k6 box with 192 Mb and 27.9 Gb. When I try to run scandisk or defrag I get an error message which tells me I do not have enough memory to run them. Is this a virtual memory or swap file problem. I need some help. Thanks in advance......

Here at the company I work for we use Imail 6.1. I just installed it about 2 months ago and it is rock solid. I think it cost about $600 if you just download it. You have to have a dedicated server for it though.

opps....burned that cpu up!!!!

Whitedog, I made sure to put the heatsink and thermal goo on correctly. Maybe just a bad cpu. Question: Can you just change the cpu like I did?(take one out and put the other one in?)
