Wow, Newegg. They have changed!

When I can I use ZZF, there 2nd day air shipping is always a breeze. NewEgg is still awesome, but it sucks they switched to UPS instead of using the standard FedEx Express Saver shipping.

Is this the best around 30 inch LCD monitor I can get?

I am just going to wait for the new Dell 30" screen. I know it's going to undercut the Apple display by a lot, has HDCP support, and odds are there will be some coupon that knocks at least $100 off the price (hopefully). Either way, you can't deny that monitor is friggin sweet.

I forgot about the resolution! Yeah, the Apple display is like 2000 x by something. That would mean a lot more real estate... Lame. =/

Don't forget either, if a company from America starts building goods in China as well, the Chinese can also afford those goods. In effect, we increase our wealth as well and add new customers. What's wrong with that?

An Apple iPod is counted as a Chinese export. So is a ViewSonic LCD monitor. Hell, so is any foreign company building stuff in China (obviously also including American companies). Don't forget, an American company builds a factory in China, imports an iPod, and the profit stays in California.

Argument FOR Flat Tax.

No it doesn't. Poor people would have more money. Poor people would receive child tax credits. Rich people would still pay more then them in taxes. Again, if you were in that situation, NO? I want to continue paying more taxes so I pay my "fair share," or are we going to pass programs that...

If you were poor, and we passed a flat tax system with child tax credits of around $3000 per child - and no income of productive working Americans under $41,000 was taxed, would you say NO to this system or would you rather have the current one? ..

Here's a link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16889107002 I was drooling at the Apple Cinema HD 30" Display at the Apple Store the other day. It does cost a lot unforunately (even with an education discount =P). I think this is a pretty good substitute, at a lot less...
