When I try to install W10, I get no internet connection on a cable that works with my Asus Z390. Also tried another Cat 5e cable, same problem. Suggestions please

Question Restore Windows XP Mode

I clone my drive about every other week. Many times I use the clone as the primary drive. Hence, I doubt it is the drive per se. Each clone has generally worked fine for a week to a month. These several drives are all Samsung SSDs, with relatively low writes. I have suspected windows updates...

Cloning NVME to SSD in Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Macrium Reflect is happy cloning the Samsung 1TB 960 NVME to a 1TB Samsung 850 Pro SSD. Zero problems. I guess that's what I will do henceforth. I suspect another brand will work ONLY if it is the same size or larger.
