AC 7 pro enough?

Well I think I'm changing my mind yet again. The Tuniq Tower 120 looks like a good option, also not a bad price right now. Does anyone know if it would fit ok in a Antec 900 with a Gigabyte p35-DSL?

AC 7 pro enough?

I'm looking for something that can keep temps low enough to do a mild overclock, but I know the Q6600 runs hotter than the dual cores. It is a good deal, but I'm not sure if it can handle a quad a 3.0.

After doing some more research I'm now looking at Thermalright Ultima-90 . Anyone have any experience with this one? It seems to have pretty good reviews. Also which type of fan would be best? 92 or 120mm?

I went with the EVGA card because of warranty and possible step-up if a new card comes out this year. I think it's worth it but I could be wrong. Thanks for the input.
