Even if they did pull the non compete "bs" off the internet, a contract is a contract. Good thing you didnt sign it. You could set yourself up for some legal issues if your old company decides to go after you, the client relation you built could be considered intellectual property regardless if...

Yea is it possible to do that? or that will most likely move me into audit as a result? They are hinting to me they cannot make any adjustments now that the calendar year has passed, and cannot accept my appeal. Sorry if I am confusing the issue

It was denied.

I was able to get my wife over here on a cr1 visa. Took about 11 months and roughly 2k bucks... did it all myself... google visajourney if you havent yet. That website has a bumload of information and tips.
