No offense but shiit happens. I have limiteless experience in being pissed about late orders and it gets you NO-WHERE. You'll end up delaying it further. My advice is to sit on it for another week and track it.
Both boards will give you the same EXACT performance in that field.
For one you won't reach an ATA-133's HDD speed limit (or close to it for that matter)
and 2nd they both say they support ATA-133 (133MB/s).
CPU?
Is your DDR registered or un-registered?
The board supports 4 banks unregistered and 8 banks registered.
Check for BIOS upgrades and incompatibilities.

3 questions re: windows 2k
1. Windows 98 there is bootlog.txt so you can see which driver your system failed to load. What is the equivalent in Windows 2000? Any one know of any good sites on 2000?
2. Is there any good progs built in or not for subnet chatting? I swear Ive seen one built...
This system I'm referring to has windows 98 on it and the guy wants a new mobo and an Athlon CPU. Can I just replace the new mobo with the one thats in there and boot up and install the mobo drivers?
