Actually Jay is me. I didn't remember switching usernames way back when, and when I went to try and remember login I got to Jator first. Now I have to see if I can remember the login for that account. ;) Thanks for looking up those posts, seeing the Mika post brings back a wave of memories...

Thanks TT, I started RC5-64 back in 1999 and quit back in 2008. Figured I would see what was happening in the long interval, I see AnandTech's focusing mainly on other efforts now. Didn't know if any of the old timers (RaySun2Be, mechBgon, PossededFreak, bPhantom) were still monitoring things...

Anyone know off the top of their heads if the 7970x2 should be outputing about 3 GKeys or 6 Gkeys? It's been a while since I've done this project and never did GPU based production, so trying to see what I should expect? TIA

Anyone here used Statsaholic?

efun, I have Statsaholic up and running, but I disabled the by host section. It was taking over 10 minutes to update the stats, which it usually takes less than 2. :( Try e-mailing Virus, or catch up with him on Sysopt.com's forums. he's very helpful Jay

Does anyone experience EXTREMELY high cpu usage with capacity calibration agent software?

I'm not too happy with the client. I've had it on for over 10 days, but they say I've opnly had it on for 5 days of 10 hours per day. And tonight Internet was really slow. Not sure if it was the client sucking the bandwith or not. Jay

RC5 Pproxy connection issues

I would suggest using on of the round robin pproxies and not the rr address itself. I've had a lot of luck using brads pproxy, it's at pproxy.iodbbs.com:80 Jay

Help...I tried upgrading one of the cracking machine from dual Celeron to dual PIII but only 1 cpu was detected!

i agree with maxcrunch. look for newer slokets.

Just replaced a Celeron 450A with a PIII 750@840. Once I get a cheap mobo for the Celeron, I'll have it back up and running as well. Also waiting for my replacement Athlon board to get here, so I can get my Athlon 700 up and running again. :)

Spare Parts to the needy.....

....I have a AT Mobo (Don't know brand or model number), VX chipset, 4 PCI, 3 ISA, that has 256K cache, a IBM PR150+ CPU (No fan), supports DIMMS or SIMMS, supports voltage down to 2.5v, and supports up to a 200 MHz processor. This isn't going to crack a lot of blocks, but if you are looking...
