PIII (Not P4) vs Athlon

Maxis game problems ...

has anyone of you ever encountered problems with Maxis games?? eg. SimCity 3000, The Sims .... seems like evertime i try to run any of these two games on my Athlon, it'll just kick me out after about a half hour to an hour of gameplay. any ideas??

Mouse cursor error in WinDVD on GF 2 MX

i get the same problem everytime. and if you exit WinDVD and try to run a program with your little square ... it crashes the whole system. the only temporary solution i know: wait for the box to disappear (meaning let the movie run a little) and then try moving the mouse again. you may need to...
